This glass screen is a very thick layered glass. I haven't had the misfortune of cracking it yet to tell its protective performance, but it arrived quickly and was very easy to apply. Since it is a thick, rigid protective screen, there is no problem with air bubbles. The adhesive has done a good job thus far in not melting and detaching whenever my camera gets hot (when abused and forgotten in the trunk of a car, for instance). If I do end up breaking it, I will update this review with its performance.

This product is a heavy plastic protector for the LCD screen that provides scratch protection without being bulky or making the display less clear. I really like how this product works.

I LOVE THIS! I bought one back in december and it saved my screen from cracking on my dslr. I bought another one and it is still holding strong. It fits the screen perfectly, doesnt come off until your ready to take it off and doesnt make the lcd view any different on my cannon! LOVE IT!

So I'm a cheap-o & I didn't want to spend MORE $ on accessories for already expensive camera. But even I couldn't believe the times that the protective screen has saved our camera from my 3year old. Just get it you won't regret it.
