nice examples of real projects
While somewhat biased towards ESRI software, this book still managed to capture the essence of what real LAs are doing with GIS. What it lacks in technical detail, it more than makes up for with its very nice graphics and maps.

Very Slow and Poor Service
I ordered a book on 8-31-10 and contacted the seller when it kept showing 'not shipped'. It took the seller 5 days to get back to me only to say that they don't have the order. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this 'operation.' I have ordered textbooks online for 4 years and this is the worst seller I have ever had to deal with. Buyer...
