Editorial Reviews

The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to Scott Hicks (Shine, No Reservations) documentary film GLASS: A Portrait of Philip in Twelve Parts. For 18 Months director Scott Hicks followed composer Philip Glass around with a video camera capturing all aspects of his life and work. His film provides an intimate look at Glass as a family man, delves into his spiritual life and produces some insights on how he composes music.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Soundtrack on Audio CD, Not the Film February 17, 2009
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I must be a relic who can recall the days when films were released before their soundtracks. I guess what was originally meant to capitalize and sustain the success of a film is now used to pre-promote. Fortunately, there are a handful of cuts here I never picked up on CD so it's not a total bust.

The film itself should be available in April and you can sign-up for a email notice.
