For the cost of this book, I expected something of value. This skinny little notebook is an example of pay-by-the-word. If you are looking for explanation of regulatory intent, critical inputs, and examples of methodology, this is not the book for you.

If this book were priced at $5.00 or even $15.00, it might be worth the price, but at almost $70 used, it is a very poor value. I can't imagine the hubris required to charge over $200 for it new! Virtually all of the information is generally available elsewhere for free. There is no depth at all.

[later] After a month or two, I have to admit that I have referred to the book on several occasions and I was pleasantly surprised to find concise, reasonable interpretations of the regs. I still can't call it in-depth, though, and I can't add star at that price.
