I picked up a pack of these because I needed to build some mic cables and mixed XLR interconnects. The quality on these is equal to some of the big name stuff out there, and you aren't paying a premium for the name. The pins stay put when you're soldering wires on, they don't melt out, the soldered wires hold well on the contact pins, the connectors have cable stress relief devices in them so the solder joints aren't taking the strain of everyday use - there's really nothing bad to say about these. Good quality, and much cheaper than having to buy all the cables pre-made.

this gls xlr male/female plug are great, i cant tell the different from the real one.the plugs works very good,i really like how shiny the connector is,makes my moving head led lights look really cool

These connectors, as mentioned by others, appear to be high quality knock offs of the Neutrik XLR connectors. I would have no problem recommending them to a friend nor purchasing them again.

These come in a cardboard box and each one is in a plastic bag. Very nice. I just did a job and installed about 8 of these and only had one problem where it would not seat right in the metal frame. I was able to get it right and had no further problems. These solder up just like Neutrik, but obviously they are not totally equal to Neutrik. You get what you pay for but for most permanent installations you will never tell the difference. I would not hesitate to buy again.

very well built. We own a music store and build
custom cables, mic & connecting. These ends are
great.

I didn't expect much from these connectors because they're very inexpensive. Surprisingly, they're comparable in design and quality to the Neutrik NC3 series XLR connectors. They use a chuck-type strain relief and are fairly robust.

The one caveat with these is to use a reasonable soldering iron temperature and to use minimum heat when soldering. The plastic used in the inserts of these connectors is not as thermally stable as that used in the more expensive connectors. Too much heat will loosen the pins, and way too much heat will melt the pins right out of the plastic insert, ruining the connector. People with good soldering technique will have no trouble, but if you're new to soldering, don't practice on these!

They were cheap and did the job correctly. I needed to make some extra cable for my school and buying premade cable is to expensive for our budget. Once I learned how to solder they were super easy to put together. The only thing I dont like is that screwing the boot on the male end is a little bit of work and requires a few trys.

I would recommend their mic cord since it it noise free and great quality and very cheap to.

It was my first purchased and I'm very happy with the product, as advertised, and the quick delivery. In the future I will continue buying these connectors. The XLR seem and are functional as the Neutrik at a reasonable price. Highly recommended, easy to assemble and solder.

I bought these connectors to help make cables in our electrical engineering lab. The price is great, and they work fine. Not the most durable strain reliefs, but they work quite well for our purposes.
