I ordered one of these headsets as a demo for my floor managers of our call center and it worked great so I just got 3 more. The only thing this headset is lacking is a mute button.

I purchased this item to use with Skype on OS X. Even though there is no mention of this item being supported by OS X it works great. The sounds quality is fantastic and I have never had a single complaint from people on the other end.
