This book describes construction and painting of several dioramas set in the Wild West. Do not expect to learn about figure painting, only in case of one bust painting of eyes is shown in multiple photos. Elsewhere, you get to see how the diorama was designed, individual pieces are shown painted, and later assembled together. In some cases list of paints (Andrea Miniatures acrylics) is given =).

This book is effectively showcase of very imaginative dioramas, with a small amount of background information about Wild West, and some explanation about design of each diorama. It's good as a source of inspiration and eye candy, but not much more.
