Gotta minute? Getta workout! You can read this book one paragraph at a time or read it all in one sitting. It will help you design a workout that can be incorporated in a 'normal' day. I'm an elementary physical education teacher and I assign one of the exercises every week. Not only are the students expected to do them, so are their teachers! Each week a new exercise is added. The students love to share these with their families - it's contagious. You gotta order it!

This book is worth reading for those on the go! Too busy to exercise...read this and feel great about yourself. Very informative and easy to follow...great ideas and illustrations.....super way to workout throughout the day!
