I got this drum set for my early musician 2 yo son. He does not get tired of playing with it. The set is like a pro one but junior size. VERY WELL DONE, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND CAN TAKE A TODDLER'S BEATING!!!

My wife and I bought this set for or 5yr.old sons birthday. The set was pretty easy to set up and the sound is awesome.It is not a toy but a scaled down drum set. I would highly recommend this set for the any young aspiring drummer. The shipping was a little late though because the shipping tag fell off at some point and it arrived on his bday.

For 2 months now my 3 year-old has consistently beat on this drum set and it takes all the punishment he dishes out. The set is very sturdy and sounds great. The only complaint I have is that the base drum legs don't work well so I had to use wooden blocks to keep everything upright.

I purchased this set for my 7 going on 8 year old son. It came in the mail 3 days after purchase. Everything was packaged tightly and wrapped good. All of the parts were in perfect condition & came with very easy assembly directions. I also received an email from the seller with extra directions & tips. The set is very high quality & sturdy! My son has ADHD & this set is great for his level of energy & has provided an artistic outlet for him. The set is rather petite as it is for a young child so it does not take up much space at all. I am very happy with my purchase & would highly recommend this product & seller!

My niece loves this kit! It has held up fairly well, especially considering the amount of abuse it gets. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions were poorly written. Still, it isn't hard to figure out, especially if there's a drummer in the family.

The picture that is shown looks just like any other of the full size drums. I was going by the fact that it say's 3-8, which my son has just turned 8, so i thought this would be perfect. Because i told him if he dedicates himself or at least continues to on a regular basis practice, I would get him a full size set. He is already to big for it and might as well let his little sister have it. Bottom line it should be called a toddler set not a junior set.

My two and a half year old son has been asking for a drum set for almost a year now and this fit the bill perfectly. Arrived in a smaller box than I'd expected, and there was a lot of assembly required, but all the pieces were there, thankfully. Assembly took about an hour, including adjustments to accommodate the size of the user. So far we've had it a week and he is in heaven. Hopefully it will hold up over time, as we plan to adjust it as he grows.

The drum kit was represented well in the description. My only complaint is that the symbol frequently slides into the bass drum despite tightening it. My five-year old is enjoying his drum kit and I have no regrets in purchasing it.

When asked what my 4 year old grandson wanted for Christmas all he said was a bike and a drum set. On Christmas morning both were sitting under the tree. He IMMEDIATELY went for the drums. After severall hours he rode his bike then right back to the drums. They are everything he wanted and the quality is supurb. There were 3 other children ages 3 to 10 that day and the set fit every age(even my son age 43) I am so satisified with my Amazon purchase and fast delivery. This was my first time with Amazon but will definately use you over and over.
