This book is well written and easy to use. I found it to be very helpful and easy to reference. Just when you are experiencing the feelings and emotions described in the book they can be quickly found. This helps me to cope better during the times I am going through a difficult time. I find this very helpful because it is not always easy to find the information you need when you are feeling so down and anxious.

There are too many really good books available on these subjects to waste time and money on this sorry excuse of a so-called self-help guide. Too simplistic--absolutely useless!
