I just finished boxing this thing up for return. The CD player (which is what I primarily wanted it for in the first place) worked off and on for about four weeks. Then nothing, which was ok because I was getting fed up with it anyway. It did pick up radio stations I couldn't get with my old (and pricier) clock radio but please realize that, at this price, the sound left something to be desired also. All in all, if the CD would have worked, I would have been ok with it...

This is exactly what you'd expect from the product. The sound quality is only 'ok', but you can't expect more from something in this price range. The numbers are very easy to see, and the volume range goes from very soft to a nice room filling volume.The only bad mark I can give it is some excessive button pushing for the replay function, but nothing really annoying. I'm well satisfied with the product.

Since I got this alarm clock I don't have to worry about over sleeping. I'm a heavy sleeper and this thing wakes me up fast. I needed something loud and something I could set without using all my brain power. This clock was easy to set up and program the alarms to the time(s) I needed. The CD player isn't the best thing but I didn't play this to double as my bookself CD player.
