Save your money,

I agree with the other reviewer. On white siding or wood trim, it will not completrely lighten or remove mold and mildew. Even with multiple applications and much scrubbing it didn't complete the job. I ended up using very diute bleach and continue to find it better for the application. I'm out $60+ because I believed their web site video. I'd challenge them to film a commercial at my home. Too good to be true.

Best cleaner there is!,

This review is from: Original Sporiclean (Kitchen)
Although Sporiclean is specifically targeted for mold and mildew and ideal for flood clean up, I use it for cleaning everything in my home. I clean kitchen, bathrooms, pet stains, car stains, it works! I haven't found any applications that it doesn't work on. It's a concentrate, so a little goes a long way. And the best part is, it's safe for my family and pet.

Safe cleaner that gets results,

We had mold growing in our basement and before the guys came to do the waterproofing, we needed to get rid of the mold. This product did it! And I felt comfortable about them being in the area without the harsh chemical lingering that would have still been there if we had used bleach.
I have also had great sucess washing my kitchen linoleum floors with Sporiclean, a scrub brush and super shammy towel.

I have used Sporiclean now for almost 3 years with 110% result for my specific uses. 1-When some of my heavy smoking tenants have moved out their units stink, (the walls are actually brown) after I spray the walls and floors, etc with Sporiclean the smell will be reduced around 50% by the next day. After we spray a few more times the bad smell will be almost gone. 2-Our other use is to spray wet carpet after we have sucked up all the water with a shop vacuum after we had a toilet overflow into a carpet in a living room, this has prevented mold from starting. 3-If I find mold under a sink or or in a bathroom I will first spray with Clorox and then follow up with Sporiclean, the mold has never come back.

Expensive, but once you dilute it per instructions it is not bad. It really works and mold disappears on contact whether you use a spray bottle or power washer.

Re-labeled Insect Killer?,
By
This review is from: Original Sporiclean (Kitchen)
Have gone through one bottle and can't say anything is special about this product. It does not have the 'dissolving' power of a bleach or other harsher chemical, that is, you spray it on and stains don't just disappear or lighten. Since you have to basically scrub what you're cleaning anyways, which I could do with water, without a microscope you can't tell if it's doing anything. Mold or mildew has no noticeable reaction to it that I can tell(say like an after-shower spray). My bottles had labels over another label which touts it as a bug killer but I've sprayed bugs with it to test and it had no effect except for kiling some sugar ants. I'd say it's over-hyped and over-priced. I'll stick with Simple Green or citrus cleaners.
