The Product is as good as it's gonna get for the price...I've read some of the other reviews and frankly I'm disappointed in the reviews rather than the product...it's ok for the money...I don't recommend it for any real fire arms rather more for airsoft or something similar. The sights are not exact, in fact not very accurate from a distance, up close no problem. My only concern is the brightness since the reticle fades out in daylight (and I'm talking in overcast conditions), there are other brands that are far better but you will pay through the nose for them. Thus, for the budget airsofter it's more for looks.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE RED DOT SIGHT ONLY THE LOW MOUNT. AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY THEY TOLD ME THAT AMAZON HAD POSTED THE PRODUCT WITH THE RED DOT SIGHT AS A COMBO AND THAT THEY ONLY SOLD THE LOWER MOUNT. THIS IS A RIPOFF I HAD TO PURCHASE A HIGH MOUNT FROM TURNERS FOR 98.00 TO GET THE SIGHT THAT I ALSO HAD TO PURCHASE TO WORK. SO AFTER 150.00 I STILL HAVE A USELESS LOW MOUNT THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF AMAZON SHOULD DROP THIS PRODUCT & COMPANY.

I purchased the Reticle Red Dot sight with low mount as an addition for my GSG-5 approx 3 weeks back. I immediately installed and found that the mount does not sit straight but rather closer to approx 35 degrees slight right which makes sighting in relatively impossible. I removed the mount and inspected to verify if this could be some kind of user error and found the mount to be the issue. I took it to my local gun smith that advised he could not correct the mount. Currently my sight is set for 11 yards and if I shoot from 25 or further out with lining up sight I cannot even hit the target again do the degree offset of the mount. I would not recommend purchasing for a serious shooter but might be fun for a young child.

do not buy from this company they take your money and dont send the product, It has been two month sense i paid for the rail and scope got the rail no scope, have leave a ton of email with no response. amozon should never do business with companys like this

the green sight would not work when I first got it sent it back and had replaced free of charge about 12 days to get the new one

Great sight. I like the cross hair option. Makes the GSG more fun to shoot.

Fear Not, it will "snap on" to top of receiver. A little leary at first about forcing this claw mount over receiver, but after e-mail to Combat Optical, they linked me to a You-Tube video from GSG as to the simple and obvious way to install this nifty mount onto the weapon. Again with this my second purchase from C.O. I am pleased.

I been looking for and tried number of cheaper red dot sight for my .22 rifle. I am confused with the number of cheaper red dots out there. I am not buying for an airsoft but at same time I wasn't buying for .223 or .308. Price seemed to be right at $40ish (not $20 from ebay or $500 from eotech). My expectation was low. Sight is... what you expect from $40. I used it on gsg-5 and took it to indoor range. Maybe it was lighting, dots are not too clear. I didn't expect it to be zeroed in from factory and it wasn't. It seemed that dots are staying in one place consistantly. so my review for this product = it is what it is for $40ish.

The sight is nice, compact, light weight. There is a slight imperfection on the glass where the sight is generated from, so at the right angle you see a deformation in the sight picture. Other than that, the sight and rail combo work well for a .22 set up.
