I bought this camp kitchen over the summer and took it on several camping trips with me. It's fairly easy to set up and take down (I could do it without help) and is very easy to keep clean.
So, after using it a few times, here's what I've found:
1. Easy set up and take down.
2. Easy to keep clean.
3. Very convenient for hand and dish washing.
4. Very adjustable- you can put the wire attachment on just about any side of the thing, which is nice because all camp sites are different.
5. Stores nice - I have it in a small coat closet now.
6. Cutting boards included- they double as the stow away sink covers.
7. Has lots of storage capabilities- either under the sink on the wire rack, or hanging on the provided hooks. I also put my papertowel roll on one of the wire legs on top of the sink.
1. If used a lot in a short period of time, the fresh water will come a little loose and start to leak.
2. Can be unstable if not on the most even of ground. It has little adjusters on the four legs of the table (which is great) but they don't work very well.
3. The sink basins are a little shollow.
4. The water jugs are not included (I guess which is fine, they were not expensive- but it would be nice :) )

So, overall, I like this kitchen a lot- there are just a few things I would change if I could. I don't regret buying it, however. It's now a staple for our leasure camping trips.

UPDATE - January 2010

I decided to update my review because I was organizing the camping closet and saw this camp kitchen and it reminded me of my review here on Amazon and that I just wanted to tell everyone how much I still love this thing!!

The best thing about this is the "running water". I had to search a while to find a foot operated air pump, and sometimes the connection from the 5 gallon collapsable bags I have get lose, but overall it's great.

You can press the pump and water comes out of the sink. It's great for hand washing, face washing and dish washing. The sink is pretty shallow though. The whole thing folds up in to the counter and it's rather long/heavy but very stable. Overall, this was a great purchase and I was the envy of the other campers!

We have used this kitchen about five times and so far, so good. The first thing I did after receiving it was to run to the local Big Box store and purchase a cheap $8.00 kitchen sprayer. In the same aisle I got some stretchy, black silicone tape, $6.00. I cut off the connection end of the sprayer, put the black hose that comes with the kitchen over the end of the sprayer tubing and silicone taped the connection. I did this because the tiny "faucet" it came with is pretty useless. The black tape is AMAZING! I may use it to secure more of the connections in the future. I also purchased a garden sprayer nozzle and water hose (in the RV section so its safe to drink from) so when we are at sites with water, I just hook that up and run the hose through the hole on the kitchen, attach the nozzle and, voila! running water with the squeeze of the trigger. Funny, I didn't think about the fact that I would have to empty the gray water more often!

In terms of durability, the lower metal rack had a few joints that came apart. Nothing I can't fix with duct tape when needed. I liked the idea of the PVC pipe for extra stability but just haven't done it yet. Our last trip was with 6 adults and 10 children. We had a stove on the upper wire side and everyone used the set-up. We had no issues with it, even though it got a ton of use. Before that, I took 20 Jr. High kids camping. I also like the fact that everything is at the same level, we use it long-way as it gives more useable space. Given all the reviews, I was hesitant to purchase. I don't regret the purchase at all or the extra effort I put into the mods. I would definitely purchase again!

I was REALLY looking forward to receiving this item for the camping trips we have planned this summer. When it finally arrived I was happy to see that it was a decent size. The construction *seemed* to be really nice too. We set it up in the living room to check it out and noticed that the leg joints for the main section (not the wire stove counter section) were in two pieces, put together via plastic joints. After moving the table in the room, two of the legs broke. The plastic plugs came out of the metal tube and bent the metal so that putting the leg back in was a bad fit. Now, I have wood floors and I was really surprised that the small amount of pressure applied would break the table legs so easily. If I'd had carpets, I could see the legs getting stuck in the piling and forcing the break. But it's absolutely ridiculous that the legs should break so easily. So for future purchasers of this item, please remember that you will need two people to move it by lifting it on all sides before putting it back down again.

I received this item as a gift from my wife for the "guys out camping" weekend(s). It is one of the best pieces of equipment to have on the site while car camping. I only gave it 4 stars because the water jugs and foot pump have to be purchased seperately and the water spigot has to be either raised a little or made differently. I solved the clearance problem by attaching a small piece of fuel hose over the end so we could rinse deeper pots/pans. The entire kitchen(minus jugs and pump) stores into itself. The basins are big enough for plates/pans and flat skillet. The supply and drain hoses are a slip-fit over the drain pieces(which snap into the sink bottom)and I have found that 5 gallons of water is plenty to use for a 3 day weekend for 3 people. The wire drying rack and extra shelf is also a plus for storage and the adjustable legs are great for those not so level campsites. Being able to adjust the "side shelf" on any side of the sink is also a good feature. We've used it for 4 seasons on multiple trips and it hasn't let us down yet. Overall I would recommend this to anyone. Be aware though that there is some weight to it when stored.
