the instructions are very poor. There are no instructions for erasing information. The voice recording does not pick up voices very well. It is almost impossible to start recording . I seldom am able to get a green light for recrding. I can't tell if I am recording or not. There is no contact information in the booklet so that I can talk to someone about operating this device. There is no mailing address for the company. Where can this camera be sent for service?
I would not recommend this item to others. Please contact me with information about this camera and how to best operate it. Thanks L. C. S.
