standard rope cleaner, except with a brush. i have both. fit is good and tight and it works well. easy to use at the range, that's why i have one for each caliber.

Just what I need for after a trip to the range. Run this through the barrel and it's clean! I used this on my M&P9 but I expect that it'd work great for any 9mm semiauto.

After purchasing this item for the .22 LR which was used to clean my AR's and .22 LR rifle/pistols,got this .30 caliber version for my lever action and 7.62 x 39 rifles. This has again made barrel maintenance simple, fast and effective. Highly recommended for all shooters. Am now saving to get kits for my various pistol calibers. Cheaper and just as good (or better) than Hoppe's bore cleaner snakes.

I decided on this over the Hoppes boresnake as it's cheaper and has a pull-through brass brush instead of the lame nylon bristles than the boresnake has. I like this because it has no chance of damaging the crown of my rifle, and is very easy to use.

Could not find a cleaning rod without a metal end. This is perfect for my M1A, which has a flash hider. Plunging a metal cleaning rod into it could easily damage the crown, and that is no good, no good at all. Good product.
