This is a great laptop alarm system as it combines physical security of the laptop with a motion activated alarm. The alarm is also activate if the cable securing the laptop is broken.
The devise is well-made, sturdy and relatively thin so it fits nicely into the laptop case. Improvements over the previous model includes a thicker cable, a separate combination setting button, a 4-digit combination lock, lighter (AAA batteries versus a 9V battery) and sleeker design.
This is a great product which can double as a great hotel room door alarm (hang over the door handle and activate the motion sensor) as well as for securing luggage.
