Does what it's supposed to do
I have this cable hooked up to my Macbook Pro and my full hd 23" dell monitor and it works perfectly. The cable does exactly what it's made to do; displays a beautiful picture.

Burned out 200 dollar video card
I plugged it in and within 2 hours my 200.00 video card burnt out so i really don't know what happened

My computer is not near my desk and I needed a longer cable. This works great, cable does not feel chip or thin, connector screwed into video card no problem, image looks good. I have not had any problems.

bought this cable to extend my reach between my desktop tower and 3rd monitor and it worked just fine. its a digital signal so as expected i dont notice ANY picture degradation. The cable feels fine, flexes easily, and while certainly not a high end feel....its entirely suitable for what i need.the connectors on the ends fit fine, but did seem somewhat poorly formed. no problems though.

Had to move my computer into the AC cooled room. The extensions work as well as if the were just 6 feet instead of 15. I am happy with them and as soon as the summer/fall heat drops the tower comes back in the computer room for the winter >:)

Absolutely no reason to buy the more expensive cable. I use this one because my monitor is on my desk while the tower is 10 feet away. Works great for a clear picture on my 23 inch screen.
