For me, this card replaced a pair of AMD 6870's in Crossfire. So far I couldn't be happier. Fans seem to run at a constant 10% and are pretty much silent even under heavy load. This card puts the 6870's it replaced to shame. In Skyrim with maximum detail settings and about 2 dozen mods, my frame rates are never dipping below 60 FPS at 1920x1200. The card easily overclocked well beyond the factory settings for even the "TOP" series. Stable, silent and powerful. I couldn't be happier with it

I will update this review later with some benchmarks, but I just wanted to say quick that this is a great card if you still have older hardware. I'm running a Core 2 Q6600 (overclocked to 3.1Ghz), and I was afraid I would be bottlenecked by the old PCI-E x16 1.0 motherboard. Although I do notice a CPU bottleneck in some games, the PCI-E 1.0 doesn't seem to be hurting the performance.

I haven't run too many games yet, but I'm now able to run Battlefield 3 on Ultra with an average of 45-65 fps depending on the map. The lowest I've noticed the card drop so far was still in the 30s. I upgraded from an HD6870, and I was only able to run BF3 at High settings with that card.

This card also overclocks very well. I haven't completely fine-tuned the settings yet, but so far I'm running stable with a slight overclock to the GPU clock, and an impressive 1 Ghz overclock offset to the memory clock! Overclocking the memory helps take the card closer to the performance of a stock GTX 670.

If you need a new GPU, but you're stuck on older hardware, this may still be a great buy for you. Yes, your CPU will be a bottleneck in some situations, but for games like BF3 that scale well on a wide range of CPUs, this card is great! I'm able to run BF3 better than my buddy's Core i7 Sandy Bridge/GTX470 system, and my computer is 5 years old! So for now, I'm really happy with the performance I'm getting with this card, and I'll look forward to the extra boost I get from it when I upgrade the rest of my rig.

One more thing, the free Borderlands 2 game makes this an excellent time to purchase a GTX 660/670/680. I didn't plan on buying the game, but I sold the code to a friend for $50. So for $50 off, this card was really a steal!

I bought this version of the 660Ti for a Mini ITX Small Form Factor (SFF) build (Lian Li PC-Q08 Red). Since the case was extremely small and the fans were near-silent, I wanted a card that could cool well and stay quiet.

Even in the cramped case, this card remained extremely cool. Furmark pushed this to 70C, where the card sat for the rest of the test, and the card was still barely audible. A reference card would have been unbearable (which I know from personal experience, as I've aircooled GTX 460s, 470s, 560Tis, and 670s on air, and all were reference design). The fans barely ramped up, and even when they did, they were much quieter than any other cooler I've used.

Overall, there isn't much else I could ask of this card, especially Asus' well-designed DCUII TOP cooler. I would highly recommend this over reference design coolers.

I paid $264 on Newegg - and they don't even have it there anymore -- IT'S GONE!!!

And I found this one on the FOURTH PAGE of the search for this card -- all the other one's were 400+$ which is just crazy.

BUY THIS CARD WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!! THAT IS NOT A JOKE

This card is VERY powerful, can run Crysis 1 demo on Ultra without a lot of lag, and that's paired with a DUAL CORE 775 CPU, so you may have even better results!

I do Folding@Home on this card, and recently have gotten up to 40,000 PPD, used to only get around 30,000 PPD not sure what the bump is for, but that's where it's at now.

This card probably uses about 140 or so watts, and it's 2x as power efficient as the GTX 550 TI i had, glad I got rid of that piece of junk haha!

Get this card, it's AMAZING, I have a hard time heating it up when I try, I think I've gotten it up to 77 C with the fan on 25% when folding, -- when I put it on 100% I can't get above 62 C
