This review is from: GUILD WARS EYE OF THE NORTH (Video Game)
This is a great addition to the guild wars trilogy, adding loads of new content, gameplay hours, and items to the game. With the advent of the Hall of Monuments reward system for Guild Wars 2, any guild wars fan should have this expansion.

This review is from: GUILD WARS EYE OF THE NORTH (Video Game)
Eye of the North is billed as being an "expansion" to Guild Wars rather than a "campaign", and there aren't any actual missions as opposed to the three main campaigns; however, there's an absorbing multi-pronged storyline, nearly 20 tough multilevel dungeons, and several very useful NPC "heroes" available to players. The expansion is seamless with the main campaigns, so that Guild Wars players can switch back and forth between regions and continents at any time.
The scenario: One day, the player character is startled by a series of earthquakes shaking his home city. He takes his party of fellow adventurers to investigate the tremors, and finds a group of Dwarves deep underneath the earth, working frantically to prevent a breed of monsters known only as the "Destroyers" wreaking destruction upon the surface world...

To me, Guild Wars: Eye of the North is a great expansion pack. Although the actual area GW:EN take place in isn't as big as the campaigns, you still get a tremendous amount of content and a really good storyline. I would recommend this for anyone that has any of the Guild Wars campaigns.
