I own all of Gunnar Peterson's core secrets dvd's and I've been very happy with the results I've seen. I am not going to tell you that you'll see immediate results because I believe that just does not happen. What I will tell you is after the first time you use AB ASSAULT you will know that you worked your core muscles!! It felt great! What is annoying about this dvd is Brooke Burke. You do hear her whining in the background and putting her weights aside whenever she gets a chance. I found that to be the worst part of the workout, but if you can ignore her and focus on Gunnar and what he's doing, you'll get a great workout and you WILL see results....I promise. Just don't expect them overnight. I honestly started seeing my clothes fit better after a month of working out every day. Good Luck! :)

I love this workout DVD. It paired with the Bun Battles really gives you a good workout with quick results. Now that I am familiar with the exercised I can mute the volume and listen to my own music. Gunnar's voice and the music can get annoying. :)
