I absolutely loved this book. It should be on everyone's bedside table. Why? Because it is replete with information that will help anyone live a more balanced, healthy and satisfying life. Ms. Franklin makes it easy to read through the book for information about health well being and happiness. She makes it easy to follow by laying the information out in a circular grid. The sections in the circular grid provide quick reference to the information which help keep us in healthy satisfying life style and relationships.
As I mentioned the book is interesting to read through. It is also an excellent reference that you can pick up when you need information about different facets of your life. We are at the point in our lives that the doctor and his/her information and guidance may not always be awailable. This book helps us to prevent many illnesses and to monitor our health in a more efficient way.

The book has many great ideas and wonderful ways to live your life. I thought the writing style contained too many words and explanations. The quotes were great but with the number of quotes in the book, it made it distracting to read.
