Great workout with some exceptions,

This is a very good and very interesting workout which hits those places that are often missed or skipped in other forms of exercise. When I take the time the do the routine, I feel great afterwards. The models are great and a super reference. However...here are my gripes: the instruction/communication is not always clear so it is essential for me to refer to the models. And there are intrusive background noises which can annoy--buses going by, traffic outside and horns honking--in that respect, I would have enjoyed a better production. The entire workout takes 1 3/4 hours which is a bit long for me to do on a regular basis.
