Yes, Gaba does help you go to sleep, because it relaxes you. I take them because I suffer with anxiety and anxiety/panic attacks. If I'm feeling frustrated, too much on my mind, no matter how small, I usually take about one pill and I feel better. If I feel a panic attack coming on, or overwhelming feelings of fear, anger, etc., I will take two or more pills. It really makes a huge difference. For me, it doesn't make me too tired during the day. However, it does help me to sleep when I need it to because it helps relax my brain and I can focus on nothing but the zzzzzz.

Gamma Aminobutyric Acid is a great supplement. It's easy on the stomach, and supports muscular and mental health. I can feel this one working. About 15 minutes after I take it, I experience a calming sensation as well as heightened body heat. It's safe to take more than one capsule, but if you are sensitive like me it may make your skin flush. This stuff really helps me get to sleep at night without side effects. Swanson is a great seller is well, their products are top notch and customer service is excellent!

Gaba is Good.
