Special elastic pouch easily expands to accommodate size changes during pregnancy. Pantyhose are elegant and comfortable for everyday use. They are sheer yet long lasting. Pantyhose are of (18-20 mmHg) compression and are offered in P, M, T, XT and Q sizes. Choose Beige, Nude, or Black color. Sizing is based on pre-pregnancy height/weight.

I'm 8 months pregnant and have been wearing these for about 2 months. They don't make my varicose veins any better, but they keep them from burning and stinging. Definitely worth the cost and the bother of putting them on.

I agree with the other comment, I am almost 5'8" and was 145 pounds before getting pregnant. I ordered the "Tall" size and they are perfect. My disappointment is that I didn't know that these would not be enough compression to help me. I have painful varicose veins when pregnant and definitely need a higher level of compression. Also, these have a couple of holes in them after wearing and washing them only a few times. They are not as durable as I had hoped. I just ordered a new pair of Gabrialla Compression Maternity Pantyhose, but this time with the 20-30 mmHg. I am hoping those will better suit my needs.

these work just fine. But...have you ever seen a pregnant woman put on pantyhose? It's hilarious and quite a workout! It fit me a bit tight around the belly and caused discomfrt. a bit too hot to wear in hot weather.
