My son became familiar with gaffers tape in the theater department in high school. When he went off to college, he said he needed gaffers tape to fix his favorite belt which was falling apart. He loves the stuff and claims it is FAR superior to duct tape. I looked for it everywhere before I found it at Amazon! I bought the 2 inch black Pro Gaff Tape. It was his most unusual but most appreciated Christmas gift!

The roll I used was not as sticky as expected. Maybe it was older and dried out. Yes it was easy to pull and does tear properly.

Easy to pull, easy to tear, sticks well and comes off without removing paint or other covering.
