A Terrific Machine!,

This is my second Gaggia and it is a terrific coffee machine. My first one worked perfectly, but I decided to get a second more deluxe model when it was on sale. The coffee/espresso made is superb and it is not as big as some of the earlier ones. I do not use the frother, so I cannot attest to the quality of that part of the machine. We have now been using this Gaggia Platinum for over two years and have never had a problem with it - and it does get a lot of use daily. With these machines, it is imperative to clean them as required, clean out used grinds, and rinse the water container. If anything, I would like that water container to be bigger but, at least this way, you have fresh water pretty much with each use. I would never be without my Gaggia (and my Lavazza coffee beans) for that superb cup of coffee.
