I loved this one, it is like all of Tanja's workouts, filmed outside and she is inspiring as always. She laughs and makes you feels great.
There are three parts, front body, back body, core.
There were some interesting new core moves, incorporating the cord, that I liked.
Also, you can easily take this dvd and cord with you, when you are out of town or on vacation (I will!).
And you can't beat the price of this set, $15 for the dvd AND the resistance cord!

I love working with a resistance cord.... especially with the Tanja Djelevic DVD. She gives a fantastic, easy to understand, slow, controlled work-out. I feel the burn even though I am fit and now work out 5+ days a week. But it is still doable even for beginners as I started with this a year ago. I get compliments on the definition I now have in my arms. Family and friends have noticed a big difference. I have other Gaiam work-out kits with Tanja. This one is definitely one of my favorites in my routine. I use it several times a week. Other work-outs can be so confusing or move to fast for me to keep up with. But Tanja has a great way of explaining it, demonstrating it and making it easy to do. Great find!

The DVD is Great. Tanja is pleasant to listen to, clear with her instructions, and a great workout. The band however is not the resistance it is advertised as. I would say it is more like a Light to Medium band. So, I actually purchased the "Heavy" band in this product line in hopes it would do the trick. Sad to say, this "Medium" band had more resistance. Crazy huh? Other than the resistance accuracy issues, the handles are very comfortable. I don't like the feeling of the latex yanking on my arms so I love that the entire band is covered... which is really what prompted me to purchase this band in the first place. So I'm not quite sure if ALL the bands are like the ones I got, or if I just got a goof. Either way. Nice DVD, Nice Band, Wrong Resistance.

This medium resistance cord has very little resistance. The cord itself is very nice, but rather useless as a a muscle toning tool. I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle and cost to return it, so I guess I'll give it to my 89 year old mother. I think it will be easy for her too, though. I would rate this cord as an 'ultra-lite' instead of as a medium resistance. By the way, I am not in shape and I don't have very good upper body strength. This cord is just weak.

Resistance cord is of good quality - I've seen several to be able to compare. The DVD that comes with it is awesome! I really do like Tanja's style. Excellent buy.

I bought this Resistance bands because I travel alot.
I do not like Gyms.
I like to be able to workout at any time.
My husband also has a resistance band, but he likes my.
The band is great!!!!
Light weight, easy to grip,comfortable and nice to work with.
I love the teacher. She is really easy to follow.
The move are simple and easy to do.
The workouts are fast which works well with my time frame when traveling.
I love being able to work my muscles while on the road.

I purchased resistance bands from another company and decided it would be nice to have some bands that were "protected" to prevent any accidental injuries. Gaiam's cord seem to be short. For instance, with my other bands of the same strength level, I can stretch them above my head with my arms extended in the air; however, with this band, it's really not possible.

I thought the DVD was a nice companion but I have not used it often. This is sold at a lot of brick & mortar stores. I would not want to spend over $10 for this because the band is not flexible as other resistance cords and that becomes prohibitive in the use and benefits of the cord.

There wasn't enough tension in this cord. I will consider ordering the next strength. I gave this one to my 82 year old mother.
