OK, truly everything does fit into this bag, but it's HUGE. Amazon neglected to list the dimensions so here it is (direct from Gaiam's site): 18"L x 8½"W x 13"H

If you're in the suburbs and this bag is going from the trunk of your car into the gym, not a big deal. But, if you live in an urban area like I do, then people are going to think this bag is a dog carrier. Twice already people have asked what kind of dog I have in my bag!

I'm debating returning it, but I will say that:

1. yes, everything fits
2. this bag would also make a good overnight bag

Great looking alternative to the big black duffle I was lugging into work on my gym days. It does fit a lot of stuff, and I love the shoe compartment. I can easily fit my work clothes and shoes when I change into my gym clothes, along with my "Fitness Caddy" (look that one up, very cool). The quality is really nice. The only weird feature is the external pocket above the shoe compartment, which is about 3 inches deep. It's not a problem I just don't know what the designer thought you could store in there? Your ruler maybe, or one of those long shoe horns?

I mainly bought this bag because it came with a space to put your yoga mat at the bottom. After a month the drawstrings that held my yoga bag broke. I really liked the bag for the month that I used it. This bag is probably not made for people who commute or walk long distances, because the weight of the yoga bag will wear down the drawstrings very quickly. I would not purchase this again.

This yoga bag is very chic and durable. It has great compartments and is bigger than it looks. It would also work great as a weekend or overnight bag.

This bag is great. It is smaller than the bag I was using, but EVERYTHING fits into it perfectly. I love ALL the compartments - and there are many of them. I didn't think my bulky cross trainer shoes would fit into the shoe compartment; they did with no problem and there is still plenty of space for the rest of my things. No more wasting time searching for items in my gym bag.

I head for the gym on my way home from work and I shower there before I leave, so I do carry a lot of items. I wanted a bag so I could organize all the items I bring back and forth to the gym and find them with ease once I got to the gym. It's perfect.

It is a very good size and easy to carry. It fits into the gym locker with no problem. I had to push and shove my other bag to get it into the locker.

My yoga mats (I use 2) are too big to attach to the bottom band, but I knew that prior to purchasing the bag. I was interested in the organization features of the bag.

It appears to be very well made; we'll see if time will prove that to be correct.

I bought this Gaiam bag last week for $60.00 on Amazon. Within a few days after purchase Amazon is charging $81.99 but Gaiam still sells it for $60. I don't understand the jump in price unless it is an error.

This bag is perfect for the gym and for carrying everything you need for a full day! Comfortable straps and helpful pockets!

I've owned the Everything Fits Bag for over 2 years and it can (quite literally) hold everything. I first bought this bag as a work bag and quickly purchased a second for the gym, it is really wonderful and I constantly receive compliments from friends (even strangers!). The bag is made from recycled materials so it's eco-friendly and cute - you can't go wrong!

The bag is roomy, light and comfortable to wear. It looks nice as well. I particularly like the shoe compartment.

I get a lot of compliments on this bag and I do like it. It's a good size..I usually stuff it with 2 pair of shoes, a bike seat cover, workout clothes and towel and am able to zip it closed. Lots of pockets which is nice. My concern is over the construction. I've had it a month and already the seam is coming apart around the zipper for the extra shoe compartment. Also, the elastic string on the bottom for carrying a yoga mat seems like it's not all that sturdy. It will definitely wear out from any kind of regular use carrying a mat. All in all, it's a nice, stylish bag but I think the price tag is a bit high given the not so great quality of construction. Oh yeah, that extra shoe compartment...it's not extra space. All it does is keep your shoes separate from your clothes so it does take up space inside the bag.

I'm 6ft. tall. This bag is not for tall people with shoe sizes 8+ and large mats! It's a cute bag, but it doesn't fit over my shoulder well, the shoe compartment isn't large enough for shoes 8+, and the bag will most certainly tip over when a large mat is secured underneath. And without a shoulder strap option, it can be heavy to carry this bag in one hand. The inside compartment doesn't really hold as much as it first appears - basically a change of clothes. I have other Gaiam products that are fine, but only petite people will benefit from using this bag.
