mat is great; it's pretty and also very functional. The extra-thick aspect makes it very comfortable. The only problem is for that it might be too short for a taller person, but it's long enough for me.

I bought this mattress after reading many reviews for yoga mat on Amazon. I need one that is thick enough for both yoga and pilates, and this is perfect for both purposes. The size is also perfect. My only problem is, I tend to sweat a little after I start the exercise a while, both on my hands and feet, and I do slip on the mat a lot when my hands and feet are wet, which makes the dog position very hard. So if you are like me, you might want to give it a second thought.

Love this yoga mat, it's thick and cushy, very classy design, I've never slipped on it, perfect length mat for me (I'm 5' 3"). Would recommend to anyone.
