5.0 out of 5 stars excellent core exercise
This is perfect for shoulder stands and core workouts. It's the best device I've used for core exercise and avoids impact to your neck/spine.

As a tip, It helps if you put a sandbag or something heavy on top of the bar on the floor to add stability if you try things beyond a simple should stand.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very uncomfortable, instructions not very good
I found this to be very uncomfortable and the instructions that I received were very limited. It's too bad because I really wanted to be able to do shoulder and/or headstands. I guess I have to do them the old fashioned way...go to class and get proper instructions from a certified instructor.

5.0 out of 5 stars THIS IS FUN!!!!!, May 6, 2007

I saw it and I wanted it. I finally got one. I thought it would be fun. It is fun, but it's also more than fun. It's easy to use. It's good for developing balance and it's also very good for the back and neck.

I found that I no longer needed the wall after a little bit of practice, but if you're going to be inverted for more than 3-5 minutes, you might want to move it close.

On the practical notes - I'm a pretty big guy (200+), and it was fine for me. It came pretty much completely assembled. You'll need to move 2 kotter pins to have it all ready to go. There's a DVD that you NEED to watch before you use it. Once you've seen it, it's pretty easy to use.

This is something that you're going to use often because it is fun.

IT'S BIG FUN!
