When I'm finished with calendars, I like to frame a few of the images for my office. I bought this calendar online, so when it arrived, I learned that the art overlaps the fold, so that when open, the art is 2/3 of the page, and the calendar part is 1/3, and will be impossible to frame any of the art.
That being said, the art is fantastic, I love the retro-futuristic feel, and for the next year it will add some style to my office.

Intergalactic fun every month! Really like the style of this calendar. There isn't a lot of room to put information in each calendar day but the pictures are out of this world ;)

Ok I waited two weeks for this calender to come in. When it arrived and opened the package I could tell it was a quality product. The art is clever and well crafted. So kudos on your Adobe Illustrator / Inkscape Skills Steve. My only problem really is that the art gets folded about 1 quarter of the art. It distracts the composition. It makes my eye go directly to the fold line rather than the art piece. As for the dates, I'm fine on how they are sized.
Other than that, I love this calender. The paper quality has a mat finish, feels sturdy in your hands (so I could guess it is like an art book quality paper) and not flimsy. Heck, I don't even want to write on it, and use Post-It notes so I avoid smearing the art pieces with my finger prints.
I'm very thankful I got this calender before the price rose up ($72.00 for a calender??). Well worth the wait and money.

If you like this art style, this wall calendar is fantastic! All of them are very well done and witty...all in this lovely old sci-fi mid century style. Lots of fun planets to visit and even a few future earth locales!
Do beware that the art takes up more than the full page so it goes over the fold. Personally I have plenty of room to still write stuff on the days so I don't find it cramping that way, but if you like to save your favorite months by tearing them out, that could be hard with this one.
