Great Card with HDMI Output,
This review is from: Galaxy 25SFF6HMUEXX 512 MB DDR3 GeForce GTS250 PCI-Express Graphics Card (Personal Computers)
I selected this version of the NVidia 250 card/chipset because it has both DVI and HDMI output. This card is in a Windows Media Center computer hooked up to a HDTV. I also bought this card for its CUDA GPU interface. I do a great deal of home videos and was frustrated with the video transcoding times with my CPU. Using a CUDA enabled encoder (Badaboom), encoding is faster than realtime and my CPU's are not consumed so that I can use my PC for other things.
One complaint that I have is the way that this card hooks to my S/DIF connector on my motherboard, and even on the card. The card has two unmarked and hard to find pins that you need to connect a generic cable. The generic connectors would not fit the connection on my mother board so I had to splice two connector wires to get the needed connectivity. I would have prefered that Galaxy use standard connectors. Other than this one problem the card has been working great.

Feeling ripped off about the pricing mistake,
This review is from: Galaxy 25SFF6HMUEXX 512 MB DDR3 GeForce GTS250 PCI-Express Graphics Card (Personal Computers)
Kept my money while they attempted to retrieve the "mistaken" items sent to me. Couple weeks later attempted to give me the refund without shipping cost - ended up threatening legal action before I finally seen the shipping refund - items never arrived - they were recalled and I was left to wonder what happened to my money... The full price that they said they should have been was ridiculously high and more than I would ever consider - thought I found a decent bargain for my kids computers. ... This is not going to be my only bad review. No longer shopping for deals on Amazon for me. Set-up for dissapointment a few too many times with missing parts, and now a renegotiated bargain while there are plenty of other bargain sites out there.

Don't buy from tigerdirect,
This review is from: Galaxy 25SFF6HMUEXX 512 MB DDR3 GeForce GTS250 PCI-Express Graphics Card (Personal Computers)
I bought this item from Amazon, but it is actually sold by TigerDirect. They told me that they have sent the wrong item and let me reject the item. But after I reject this video card, they just returned the money for the item, but not the shipping fee, which is ridiculous.
Don't buy this item.
