About the Author
Eugene R. Woolcott began writing in 1991, more to fill the time between jobs than with the intent of being published. It wasn't long before his friends and family began encouraging him to publish what he'd written. His first published title, Galaxy of Lies, struck a chord with his fans and he realized that he'd found his calling. His second title, Time Twister, expanded his fan base and re-kindled his desire to write. Galaxy of Illusions is the second of three stories about Ambassador Lila Perry. The third story, Galaxy Invaders, is as yet unfinished but will conclude Lila's adventures. Eugene lives with his wife of eighteen years in Elgin, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Other than writing, on which he spends most of his waking hours, he enjoys the close harmony of barbershop quartet singing, facilitating his "A Course in Miracles" study group, and helping his friends and others with their computer problems.

In Galaxy of Lies, Mr. Woolcott introduced us to Lisa Perry. An unlikely hero thrust into situations well beyond her apparent abilities. In this next book of the series, Lisa has matured into a powerful figure in the galatic swirl of plots and conflicts. Once again she is called upon to save our small world from the machinations of the great galatic powers. But is her solution real? Or is this another part of this well titled book a "Galaxy of Illusions?" Woolcott spins and weaves his way through time and space with ease. In this thought provoking sequel we are left to ponder, "what's next?"
