These disposable food handling gloves are perfect for large and small kitchen operations. They are 1.25 mil thick clear polyethylene and most importantly, they are USDA accepted. Ambidextrous, so they can be worn on either hand.

Not For Large Hands,

I'm a 6'0" man with very average sized hands, and these gloves do not fit comfortably. I can force them on, but the thin plastic often ruptures while putting them on or while handling an item: raw chicken, beets, etc. I chose these because the word "Large" is in the product title.
Otherwise, these gloves seem adequate.

These gloves are terrible. They are so thin that they are worthless. I have bought gloves like these for years and use them for food prep. Usually, they will stand up to handling damp veggies. These leak instantly. I don't expect them to hold up to being covered in water but just a drop of water goes right through. I need to use two on the same hand. They don't make them like they used to!!
