5.0 out of 5 stars So useful all around the house!
I wasn't sure I'd have much use for these when my sister gave me a box. Now I wouldn't want to be without them! Protect your hands from harsh household chemicals, do kitchen work (making hamburger patties, etc.), use them for light gardening, protect your manicure, and they're especially good when someone in the house is sick and you want to try to keep germs from...

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality
The quality of these gloves has so greatly diminished compared to the same exact gloves I bought from this company a couple years ago. These were once great gloves but are now not worth buying because they are now made so poorly. The plastic is so thin that the gloves quickly and easily break and leak. Sometimes, before I can even put a glove on, a finger will break...

I wasn't sure I'd have much use for these when my sister gave me a box. Now I wouldn't want to be without them! Protect your hands from harsh household chemicals, do kitchen work (making hamburger patties, etc.), use them for light gardening, protect your manicure, and they're especially good when someone in the house is sick and you want to try to keep germs from passing from person to person. The price can vary a lot from company to company, and it can be hard to decide on the right size - I have large hands for a woman, and found the medium size easy to put on but not too large to be awkward. They're also remarkably strong, even holding up fairly well for pulling a few weeds (no "plant juice" stains on hands!) This particular brand comes in 10 packages of 100 each,so I have them at comvenient places all around the house - kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, garden potting shed. I highly recommend them!

July 2010 - in spite of reviewer D. Powers's warning that the gloves are now much thinner than they used to be and tear easily, I reordered. He or she is exactly right. If you want to be SURE your hands are protected, I can no longer recommend these gloves.

The quality of these gloves has so greatly diminished compared to the same exact gloves I bought from this company a couple years ago. These were once great gloves but are now not worth buying because they are now made so poorly. The plastic is so thin that the gloves quickly and easily break and leak. Sometimes, before I can even put a glove on, a finger will break completely off!

I can't believe they are selling these because they in no way offer any sort of protection from whatever it is you're handling. I normally use these gloves for daily household chores - washing dishes, handling raw meat, using cleansers, etc., so it's not as if the tasks are too rough for the gloves.

I am automatically throwing away at least 1 in every 4 gloves i try to use becuase they rip or lose their fingers. Too bad becuase these were once great general purpose gloves.

These are your standard food grade gloves. Good quality, have a texture to them. When shipped to me they were all medium sized and came in boxes of 100count.
