Perfect fit for my Kimber 4" and amazing quality leather. I listened to the instructions and played around with it before use (meaning I massaged the leather)... sort of like breaking in a mitt by moving it in your hands.
After a day, it was a great fit and I don't need any conditioner inside or out. Has that great leather smell and you can see it's top shelf stuff.
