5.0 out of 5 stars very interesting book, April 6, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Galileo and the `Invention' of Opera: A Study in the Phenomenology of Consciousness (Contributions To Phenomenology) (Hardcover)
A professional phenomenologist (yes, Virginia) deploys an interesting and original thesis that a restructuring of consciousness manifested itself doubly as opera and empirical science. Well-written and funny.
