Editorial Reviews

Review

The author's pessimistic, dark, at time vicious and mean spirited mood has not prevented him from coming across in this volume also as astonishingly creative and funny. Every piece in this collection, irespective of its length, is a glowing testimony of high level craftsmanship in terms of broadness of vocabulary, inventivenss of rhyming, intensity of mood and originality of ideas; and at the same time, this collection delivers a perfectly clear and understandable poetical expression. The reader is in for an unusually powerful, enjoyable and above all -- constantly funny session. -- Label Comments

His bizarre career, which includes military service as a high ranking, decorated officer, and stints as a university professor, a mayor, a world roaming consultant, a desert-ranch manager and a businessman has given him ample grounds for being the crabby old man he is. He is now retired and lives on the pacific coast, North of San Francisco. A number of his light verse pieces and humorous articles have appeared in various poetry and humor magazines in the United States.
