My inquiry to Purenex:

3 months ago I ordered a water storage tank from you. Last week the bladder in the tank ruptured, flooding my RO system with air. I am hoping that this item is still covered under warranty since it has failed after such a short time. Please advise me as to how to go about getting a replacement.

We totally understand your frustration, but nothing we can do about that, warranty covers only those equipment what was installed by our technicians.

My old reverse-osmosis system storage tank had a bad air bladder--it just wore out.

This replacement worked as advertised, and for a very reasonable price.

Replaced my old tank that lasted over 5 years. This one failed in 5 months! Purenex only warrants in their technician installs. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had purchased a reverse osmosis filtering system from Sam's Club over 10 years ago and needed to replace my storage tank. I could not find an exact replacement even after checking with several supply houses locally. I even ordered one too large just because I thought my only other option was to buy a complete new system from a supply house. Thanks to Amazon, I quickly located this unit and received it only a day or two after the supply house finally got in the larger and more expensive tank which I cancelled. This tank worked perfectly.

I received water tank at 2011 Jan, worked for ten month,
On Xmas day 2011, bladder in the tank rupture. (water is coming out at air plug), contacted the seller, there is no warranty at this point.

Bought the replacement tank in July 2011. The bladder of the tank broke after 5 months of use. I would not recommend this tank. Waste of time and money.

This tank works for what it is supposed to do. It includes the tank, plastic stand to support the tank in either a horizontal or vertical position, and an on-off valve (which was missing based on earlier reviews). This was easy to install, we used some teflon tape on the threads and a T-fitting purchased at a local home improvement store.

Product works as described and was a good fit for the money...so far!

arrived on time and works good for what i need it for little smaller than the one i had but with the upgraded filter i purchased with it it filters more water per hour so it makes up for it

Happily enjoying the use of the storage tank. The shipping was prompt. The quality and price met expectation. Originally received order with missing ball valve in shipment but was nicely followed up by vendor and supplied same.
