I have had a convection oven for about 12 years and really never used it very much. The recipes that came with the oven were basic at best so I decided to find new book. This is old and probably printed about the same time I bought the oven. It has good directions and usefull recipes. I now find I am using the oven much more.

book is like new, even has paper cover on hard cover. Full of good recipes. I'm very pleased.

Book rec'd in practically "mint" condition. Excellent recipes for the appliance. Seller
delivered on all promises as stated. Not as many "beef recipes" as we would have wished,
but all in all an excellent purchase.
