Great new book
book is like new, even has paper cover on hard cover. Full of good recipes. I'm very pleased.

Old is new again
I have had a convection oven for about 12 years and really never used it very much. The recipes that came with the oven were basic at best so I decided to find new book. This is old and probably printed about the same time I bought the oven. It has good directions and usefull recipes. I now find I am using the oven much more.
