This is a wonderful bass. I am by no means a musical expert, but being deployed and learning to play more extensively with my spare time, it is perfect. It is even more beautiful than the pictures can give justice. Sound is good, though there is a slight fret buzz. One further note is the weight. It feels very sturdy and is much heavier than most bass guitars I have handled in the past. Overall, I think this is a wonderful addition to any collection.
