Charger and headset did not work correctly, I returned the item for another identical item, and it still did not work. When I returned it the clerk informed me that they had several returns from this item. This item is a waste of money and it was a disappointment for my 10 year old son on Christmas Day to have a toy that did not even work!

I bought this item for my daughter. She wanted the sponge Bob sp that cost almost $200 i said no way instead i bought the normal sp and this starter kit and it work perfect. She loves the charger and the carring case. It comes with a magnifing glass that attaches great and earbuds. I have had no problems and my daughter is so happy with all the neat sponge Bob assessories that come with it. Much cheaper than buying the Sponge Bob sp.
