This is the best voice recognition software for gaming period!

It also supports easy integration with the best communications software (which is *free*) Team Sound.

Excellent customer service with any technical issues and rock solid performance. Don't believe me? Try out a free demo and you will become a believer.

If you are a harcore gamer and are frustrated with the information over load that some of the hottest games have because of all the keyboard mapping, then this IS the product for you. Keep your hands on the keyboard while you tell you plane to let the flaps down or drop bombs. Continue to dodge, run and jetpack while you say drop grenade. It is that easy use and extremely powerful for executing those nasty multiple key plus modifier key commands that so many games have these days.

Game Commander 2 is: -more usefull than a game controller because it can be use with any software -efficient, well made and easy to use -cheap -much better than MS GV (and cheaper) -have a outstanding support (best I've seen) -....

GameCommander 2 is simply amazing software that allows you to open the potential in your gaming sessions by using voice commands instead of fumbling with the darn keyboard. Game Commander 2 allows you to make a 'command profile' for any game (or program, for that matter, I use it in Windows constantly) that you want. You can enter new commands to be used with all programs or specific commands for use only with certain programs. You can also share these command sets at the official Game Commander site and also at GameClubCentral.com (THE club for voice users). I've seen command files for hundereds of games, and there are even some for use with Internet Explorer, your desktop, or even something like Winamp. Once you configure a profile, you simply speak the commands and Game Commander 2 will simulate the typing of whatever set of keystrokes you have assigned the command. This can be any combination of keys and very large series of keystrokes if you like. GC2 even lets you adjust timing on the rate of pressing and releasing of keys. This device takes online gaming a whole new level for me personally. I do hope you enjoy it as much as I do! :)

A lot of gamers have tried voice command technology in the past and were sorely disappointed but the results. If you find yourself thinking this has not improved at all, then you are in for a pleasant surprise my friend. Game Commander 2 does an excellent job of recognizing commands just by the command words. However, if you find that your voice is not being recognized as a command, you can use the "training" feature within the software and GC2 will listen to your command 3 times to get it down right, and viola! True real time voice command recognition. No more getting caught in the middle of a gun switch because your other voice app didn't respond to you in time ;)
