Florence Scovel Shinn has produced the best affirmations I have ever used. After reading her books I realized why other affirmations haven't been effective for me in the past. These cards are a must-have for anyone moving forward in their life.

I read the completed works of Shinn alot and my book is highlighted to death! These cards are a wonderful tool, just go through them and pick an affirmation that most fits your prayers or need and meditate on that, you can take them with you and for me just knowing their there helps.

A quick way to use the affirmations that Skinn writes about in her books. Also, a great gift idea.

i was inspired by this bookk and when a friend was needing some inspiration I purchased them the book and I did not know there were cards to read for all the affirmations within the book ... so I gave myself the cards as an inspiration to go along with the book that I had found years ago... a grat gift for anyone Spiritual or looking for tools to be more capable of being grateful and blessed and abundant of all Divine designs occuring every moment so be it ...

Item was just as described. These cards are a great way to start your day along with Florence's book, The Game of Life.

Before "The Secret" or many of the other modern-day prosperity literature, came "The Game of Life and How to Play It." Florence Shinn delivers her philosophy in simple terms, as one of the pioneers of the New Thought Movement. Many abundance & prosperity writers after her time built upon the basics that she advanced in this book. This is a good primer if you want to see where some of this thinking originated--she was one of a number of authors who were exploring universal laws during this time, and easier to understand than some.

I love the cards and the book. The concept is a easy read. It amazes me to know Florence Scovel Shinn wrote these books in 1929 This is how the people writing books on spirituality today learned the Law of attraction etc. Love these 2 items. I bought the cards for frihemends and they love them

I really recommend these cards for anyone who believes that what we believe, will BE. I read the book, "The Game of Life and How To Play It" and have recommended it to everyone I know. Even bought it for my nephew....if we all had to read this mandatorily in high school, our lives might have gone much differently. This is basic info we all need. These cards make it all the more accessible. I love holding them as a deck of cards and asking folks to pick one. Each time, the card they pick applies to their life that very day. Freaks them out! These are made of high quality, thicker product...will last a long time. I keep them in my purse, every where I go.
