If you're a fan of the classic board game of Life, you probably found this one while looking for the original on Mac disk--Unfortunately, this isn't it: If you look closer at the title, it's not the Game of Life, but "Game of Life: Paths to Success", a Hasbro marketing spinoff in which they copied the popular "Nanny" time-management games, and added a Game of Life motif (the cars, the spinner) for iconic value. Players move up through the stages of college, marriage, etc., as they rush about rooms to complete tasks in the time allowed. A ripoff?--Oh, maybe, but the game's not a bad addiction for what it is, just so long as you know which game it is you're playing. A "true" version of the classic Life board game for Mac is available as download from the various casual-gaming sites, but seems to be only available on disk for Windows. As it is, Mac users looking for Millionaire Acres may be in for a bit of frustration here.

i totally love this game. i remember playing it a while back when i was younger. i am so happy i found it to buy. it is a very fun and challenging game.
