4.0 out of 5 stars So you wanna be a drug dealer???, November 18, 2001
By
Kevin Glover (Queens, New York) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Game Over (Part 1) [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Game Over is by far the most heartfelt testimony to the fact that selling drugs is not the answer. The documentary tells the tale of three Harlem Drug-lords that have since become legends to their culture. In the '80's these three Rich Porter, Alpo, and AZIE sold drugs and lived a life that was unmatched by any of those that were in that world at that time. They had a parking garage filled with a fleet European automobiles- BMW's AUDI's, Porshces',Merecedes Benz,SAAB's, Honda Ninja's, the list goes on. They would drive through the streets of Harlem with thousands of dollars in the trunk handing money to those that asked. They partied hard and did all of this at the age of 16!!!! Of course greed sets in like in any good drama the fun ends and pain begins, the kidnapping of a little boy would change all of their lives. If you know of anyone that would like to sell drugs or think that it is fun and games, you need to have them watch this video. Reality will set in very quickly they will realize that the drug game is played for keeps. This is the true story behind the soon to be released "PAID IN FULL" Roc-a-fella films. Starring Cam'ron(Rap Artist), Mekki Phifer( Clockers, Soul Food), and Wood Harris (Remember the Titans).

3.0 out of 5 stars A Sad Story!, October 24, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Game Over (Part 1) [VHS] (VHS Tape)
It is hard to say I enjoyed the film because the content was so tough to digest. It depicts the life of hustlers from start to finish and details how bad things can go when they go bad. However, I would strongly recommend it to anyone with a child, nephew, etc... who is hustling or thinking of that lifestyle, cause this video will shut all those dreams of the glamorous lifestyle down, period!!!!!
