5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Programming Kit
I bought this software with many worries. I've tried plenty of times to learn game designing but I could not take the painstaking C++ code. Well, this program was perfect. It has level and model designs that are so simple a 5 year old could do it, but at the same time are very effective. If you have any fears you won't be able to pick up, forget about them, the...

I bought this software with many worries. I've tried plenty of times to learn game designing but I could not take the painstaking C++ code. Well, this program was perfect. It has level and model designs that are so simple a 5 year old could do it, but at the same time are very effective. If you have any fears you won't be able to pick up, forget about them, the tutorial with the software is incredible, taking you step by step with examples on how to make good levels and models. They even give you resources for more designs to use. This software is well worth the money for a newcomer or an expert.

I would rate this kit very worth the money. The kit helps anyone, who wants to spen the money and time to make a game from start to finish, the needed tools to do that. The software alone is worth [money].

I mean...get real this kit comes with everything set up for you and no code implementation is necessary. Well WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE!. In the gaming industry if you want to actually be a game programmer you're going to have to face reality, because nothing is, "set up", for you and the people in the industry will want you to program GREAT games from SCRATCH. I advise if you save your money and buy "C++ How to Program (4th Edition)"
by Harvey M. Deitel, Paul J. Deitel. it's not focused on games but hey! it's a solid start.
