The Game of Thrones Continues, May 31, 2006

This review is from: A Game of Thrones Clash of Kings Expansion (Toy)
This is NOT a stand-alone game and can only be played by adding it to the base A Game of Thrones boardgame.
Within this box are the pieces, board overlay, and rules for adding a sixth player (House Martell - Sunspear of Dorne).
It also includes pieces and rules of Siege Engines, Fortifications, Ports, Special (New) one-time use orders, New Generals (for expanded or base gameplay), alternate Westeros draws, an alternate three player influence chart, and more.
Each and every item and rule included in this set is optional and allows you to add only the parts you and your friends like and leave the rest out of the game without upsetting the balance.
If you love the original game, you will definately want to have this expansion.
No strategy enthusiast will be able to play without it.

The expansion pack rocks, February 26, 2008
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: A Game of Thrones Clash of Kings Expansion (Toy)
this expansion pack added significant playability to the game and I have found the rules to integrate amazingly well with the original.
If you want to play with 6 people, or still like a Game of Thrones but it has lost some of its appeal, A Clash of Kings Expansion will revitalize and improve the game.
